The ideal businesses for our acquisition fits these criteria:
- A closely-held or family-owned business with no more than three controlling shareholders
- Either a Small/Medium size business (revenue $1M - $5M) or Lower Middle Market company (revenue $5M - $50M)
- Positive EBITDA
- Is at least seven years old
- Has a middle-management team in place
- Has a minimum of 15 employees

- A closely-held or family-owned business with no more than two controlling shareholders
- Either a Small/Medium size business (revenue $1M - $5M) or Lower Middle Market company (revenue $5M - $50M)
- Positive EBITDA
- Is at least five years old
- Has a middle-management team in place
- Has a minimum of 15 employees
